The children of Palace Wood collected mounds of plastic to create Percy the Polar Bear. A team of children and Mrs Lembo spent many hours glueing, wrapping, and stuffing plastic bottles and wrappers to create this magnificent creature. I am sure you will agree he is a sight to behold.
